We just hit beta on Shadow RP — semi-serious modern day, built around playing instead of grinding to play.

The pitch:

You shouldn't have to mine ore for three hours to craft an item to craft another item just to start a heist. We tuned the loop the other way. Heists, jobs, and crafting are sized so the time you spend logged in is time spent doing things, not prepping to do things.

What's there:

Four LEO departments (LSPD, BCSO, SASP, FIB) with separate ranks/fleets/MDT permissions

Three dealerships (cars, boats, aircraft) with finance + orbit-cam preview

Legal jobs (mechanic, taxi, trucker, news, dive, real estate, car sales)
