Factory props I’m currently using to make a demo scene in Unity (modular kit soon on Sketchfab too). 4k maps. Free to use NO AI. I see a small issue with the bathroom mirror inside Sketchfab preview, but once in your game engine it should be fine (I tried in Unity).
